Hundreds of models are supported including these major brands: iPhone, BlackBerry, HTC, LG, Motorola, Nokia, Pantech, Samsung, Sanyo, and Sony Ericsson.

Tablets are not currently supported for Mobile Banking.

Operating Systems

Phones on a number of different operating systems are supported including, but not limited to, Android, BlackBerry, iOS, Symbian, Windows Mobile, Linux, Palm, webOS, and Maemo.


Mobile Banking works on all major mobile service carriers in the U.S.: AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular®, and Verizon Wireless. Mobile Banking also works on a number of the smaller service carriers including, but not limited to, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Metro PCS, Pioneer Cellular, Union Wireless, and Virgin Mobile USA.

To Enroll:

  1. Log in to Online Banking
  2. Click the Options hyperlink
  3. Locate the Mobile Banking Profile section
  4. Click Enroll Now
  5. Follow the steps to complete your mobile registration

Mobile Security Best Practices:

  • Enable a complex device password
  • Activate automatic device locking after a period of inactivity
  • Turn on encryption
  • Install an antivirus app approved by your device carrier
  • Utilize your device's auto wipe feature if someone repeatedly enters incorrect passwords
  • Avoid clicking links in SMS and email messages unless you know the sender
  • Back up apps and content regularly
  • Keep your device's operating system and installed apps current
  • Don't share access information
  • Don't leave your mobile device unattended
  • Avoid using your device over unsecure Wi-Fi networks
  • Keep Bluetooth out of discovery mode when not in use
